The mold center has the following capabilities and features: the ability to design and manufacture ultra-high strength steel (800MPa-1200MPa) molds for body structural parts, the ability to design and manufacture thick plate high-strength steel (2.5mm-9.3mm) molds for automobile chassis, the ability to design and manufacture molds for automobile high-precision parts, the ability to design and manufacture continuous molds, the ability to design and manufacture automated multi-station molds, the use of the software of "integrated design, development and management system of auto parts" software, and the formulation of management process specifications and technical standards.
